Description

• Provide visionary leadership to the organization, setting clear goals and objectives for each department

• Identify and mitigate risks to the business, implementing strategies to safeguard company assets and minimize liabilities

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the board of directors, keeping them informed of key developments and initiatives

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners to support the company's operations and growth initiatives

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in related industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.

• Business English is a must and Open for Expatriate.

• Extensive experience in automotive management and familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
