HR Supervisor at a One-stop IT Service Provider in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Role

This role requires to evaluate HR processes regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices and support career development initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and facilitating their growth within the organization

Descriptions

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selecting candidates to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent

  • Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth

  • Manage performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and assist in setting performance goals for employees

  • Address employee concerns and grievances, negotiate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace environment

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure competitive compensation structures

  • Ensure that the organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in human resources, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

  • Proven experience in an HR role, with strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee HR functions and guide staff

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Khmer is a must
