Description

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the operational efficiency of the client’s service

• Lead and mentor a team of operation managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of operational plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, customer service, and finance to drive alignment and achieve business objectives

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Fintech or Ecommerce industry

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Native Khmer and Business English is a must

• Has good experience in operation, know how to deal with customers, and business insights and solutions
