The Role

• Maintain project vision and objectives; ensure profitability and successful completion

• Oversee sales strategy, marketing alignment, and overall Design, Engineering, Construction Quality

• Bridge departmental communications, resolve conflicts, and manage project risks

• Develop and deliver monthly shareholder reports and bi-weekly updates to the Managing Director

• Maintain project timelines and KPI Dashboard; represent the project at public events

• Handle executive-level negotiations, develop overseas sales strategies, and improve processes

• Mentor junior staff on smaller projects

• Advise directors on potential projects and corporate operations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering related field. MBA would be advantageous

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the related industry. 10 years in the managerial role

• Project management certification and qualification will be a plus

• Preferred experience in real estate and property development side
