Job Description

​Strategic Planning Manager to Chairman at one of the most Successful Construction Material Companies in Phnom Penh

  • You have to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that business operations are running smoothly and efficiently

Description

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company activities

  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve company growth and profitability targets

  • Providing all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman

  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance and key metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

  • Proven track record of success in business management, with a focus on strategic planning and decision-making

  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage contracts and agreements

  • Able to communicate in Khmer, English and Chinese
