Description

• Deliver tailored training solutions for refinish coatings, color services, and body shop consultancy across key Asia Pacific markets

• Collaborate with markets to understand needs, provide insights to internal teams, and identify importer training requirements for products and consultancy

• Execute body shop consultancy programs and technical skill development initiatives for distributors, importers, and third-party service providers

• Coach and develop external Primary Trainers, ensuring alignment with best practices and curriculum guidelines

• Support product demos during tenders, body shop visits, and new product launches to showcase solutions effectively

• Continuously expand technical expertise and refine knowledge transfer methods to ensure impactful training delivery and alignment with regional goals

Requirements

• Technical college or vocational school qualification, preferably with formal training in automotive refinish applications

• At least 5 years in a technical training role within the automotive refinish industry

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; additional Asian language skills are an advantage

• Trainer certification or equivalent is highly desirable

• Customer-focused mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to navigate matrix organizations effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of working independently while meeting objectives
