Our client is an international vegetable seeds business with growing presence

Description

• Prepare daily and weekly work plans and prepare monthly farm budget plans

• Prepare farm expense accounts, plan and purchase farm equipment, and report monthly farm expenses to the Chiang Mai office

• Plan planting plots according to the plans received from breeders and management team

• Supervise the steps of fertilization, watering, cultivation, chemical spraying, and collecting data on various products as assigned

• Supervise and inspect work quality to achieve the set goals

• Able to analyze planting problems (diseases, insects, weeds, soil problems) to find preventive and solving problems in a timely manner

• Report the status / planting problems to the farm manager and breeders

• Collect plot data (plant breeding plots) and report to the farm manager and breeders

• Supervise employee attendance and report to the farm manager and HR at the Chiang Mai office

• Provide manpower and plan manpower appropriately to the amount of work to achieve the goals as scheduled

• Manage maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment (initial or repair)

• Check farm activities to ensure compliance with the company's and government agency's regulations

• Always maintain a hygienic farm environment

• Record the use of various chemicals and equipment used on the farm, including the maintenance of all company property

• Propose new ideas for work development to develop better human resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture science

• Minimum 4-8 years’ experience for farming or related field

• Age 26–40-year-old

• Fair communication in English is advantage

• Have a car and motorcycle driving license

• Must be able to stay near by working station in Nakorn Pathom (T.Huaykwang A.Kampangsan)
